Business Card Design Specifications
File formats: Files must be created and saved in CMYK TIF, EPS or JPG formats. We will not accept any other format.
Graphics: Make sure all images are embedded. DO NOT link images. Make sure all files DO NOT have fonts. Convert fonts to graphics by creating outlines or curves.
Resolution: Files must be created and saved at 300 dpi (dots per inch) or higher. We will not accept images at any lower resolution.
Image Size with Full Bleed: For full bleed business cards, your card must be 3.75 x 2.25 inches - 1/8" around the edges is used for trimming. Final card size: 3.5 x 2 inches.
Image Size without Full Bleed: For non-bleed cards, your cards must be 3.5 x 2 inches. No extra space for trimming is required. Make sure any graphic or text that you do not want cut off be at least 1/8" from all edges.
PLEASE NOTE: If your layout does not meet these design specs, there may be a charge for any time that we take to make the files right, with a minimum of $20.00. Take all your files and zip them up; then attach them on the Order Form. We are not responsible for any typo, misspelling or incorrect info on the card. So please make sure all info and spelling is correct. We are also not responsible for any copyrights and/or trademarks submitted by you or your customers.
